The Digital Publisher Content Grievances Council (DPCGC), set up under the aegis of Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), is an independent self-regulatory body for online curated content providers. IAMAI and members of the DPCGC are deeply committed to protecting consumer rights and empowering consumers with the right tools to make informed decisions, as well as have their grievances addressed.

DPCGC has been recognised and registered by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting as Level II Self-Regulatory Body for publishers of online curated content providers, under Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. DPCGC through the Grievance Redressal Board aims to usher in a redressal mechanism which will ensure a balance between addressing viewer complaints and showcasing content in free-speech environment without ad-hoc interventions.
