Deepali Naair has 20+ years of experience in Marketing, E commerce, Brand, Product & Sales.
She has held leadership positions with Mahindra, L&T Financial Services Group & HSBC. She has also worked with brands such as Tata Motors, BPL Mobile, Draft FCB-Ulka and was the Marketing Manager for Saffola and Mediker at Marico. Her financial services experience constitutes of HSBC Global Asset Management and L&T insurance where she was Head – Marketing, E-Commerce and Customer Service. She also managed marketing for L&T Financial Services IPO and L&T Infrastructure Bonds.
She last led Marketing, Brand, Digital, Analytics, E-Commerce & Inventory Sales at Mahindra Holidays as Chief Marketing Officer. Both Digital & Inventory Sales has seen tremendous growth under her leadership. She also led the Digital Marketing Training for Mahindra Group as a member of the Group Mahindra Sales & Marketing Academy.
Aditya has more than 16 years of experience and has handled large complex projects with operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Asia (Singapore & China). He has supported leadership teams of multinational companies, family owned businesses, government and private equity clients in a variety of industries including media and entertainment, retail and consumer, transportation and logistics, oil and gas and infrastructure to develop an experiential customer journey roadmap.
His area of expertise includes Digital Consumer, Cross-sell, Up-sell strategy, Deal Advisory, Chief Information Officer Advisory, Infrastructure advisory services, transportation and logistics and entertainment and media.
Mr. Tushar Vyas has been the Chief Strategy Officer at Group M Worldwide, Inc., since May 05, 2015. Mr. Vyas served as Managing Partner of GroupM Interaction, South Asia at Group M Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Vyas served as Managing Partner of GroupM Interaction for South Asia at Madhouse Inc. and Mediaedge:cia India. He is a Digital Media Solutions expert. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of SureWaves MediaTech Private Limited. He served as National Director of Interactions.
