![]() Jivox is a web based video advertising platform that targets advertisers with a selfservice ad model. Advertisers using the Jivox platform can deliver their advertising to an audience that can be micro-targeted using geographic, demographic and contextual parameters. Ads can be created for free using templates or existing advertiser content such as video, still images and text using an interactive and easy to use ad builder called AdSlate. In addition if advertisers require a more custom design, these can be created via affiliate design resources. Advertisers can incorporate promotions into their ads. The Jivox advertising platform includes comprehensive and detailed reporting capabilities. For publishers, Jivox provides technology that enables the monetization of content on their sites via video advertising. Publishers without video content can also incorporate video advertising into their sites using a Jivox-provided standalone player (similar to embedding a YouTube video). Jivox was founded in 2006 by Diaz Nesamoney, a very successful Silicon Valley Entrepreneur. Naren Nachiappan, Managing Director, Jivox India comes to Jivox from Wind River, a billion dollar Silicon Valley company, where as Vice President and General Manager, he was responsible for successfully building a new product line. Jivox is headquartered in San Mateo (California, USA) with development office in Bangalore and sales offices in Delhi and Chennai. The product was formally launched in March 2008 and the Jivox Video Network now reaches more than 40 million viewers. |
